Oswaldo Arcia at this writing is 1-1 with a single, in his debut. Can someone help me with the math to determine how many HR he will hit in his career, based on this?

Twins currently dead last in MLB in K's with 57.

The leader...Boston with 122.

We've been far and away in last place in Ks the last two seasons. Even in 2010, we were 25th.

Fun non-Twins number: the Braves are undefeated this season when scoring a run.
Are they winless when not scoring a run?

That's not fun.

The Twins have more postponed games than Hicks has hits.

Just an update on Hicks vs. The Weather. Hicks tied this one up, but the weather answered back within just 24 hours to regain a 4-3 lead. Hicks might get two games tomorrow to make up the difference. This is edge of the seat kind of stuff.

Aaron Hicks is trending up. Over the weekend, he passed the first important ML hitting milestone in his young career. Can you spot it?

Aaron Hicks BA: .059 SLG: .059 OPS+: -22 ISO: .000 BABIP: .100

Probably the worst-hitting pitcher in the history of the Twins, if not in all of baseball is:

Dean Chance BA: .066 SLG: .069 OPS+: -46 ISO: .003 BABIP: .181

My math is prob off but meh....A lineup comprised solely of Nick Punto, CC Sabathia(batting) and Drew Butera would score about 85-95 more runs (8-10 wins) then that of the Miami Marlins over the course of a 162 game season

Very professional visuals. I like it.

Through 5 starts, Adam Wainwright's K/BB ratio is 37/1.

Justin Upton leads the entire Twins team in HRs - currently 11-10.

Yu Darvish leads all Twins starters in Ks - currently 49-47.

What's the longest an individual has outpaced an entire team for I wonder?

We're totally buyers at the deadline, though...

Over the last 2 weeks, Aaron Hicks has a .394 OBP.

If Correia pitches the rest of the year at replacement level (0.0) he will still be the 4th most effective SP (baker 2010, Pavano 2010, Diamond 2011) the Twins have had since the end of 2010.

Joe Mauer has 5 doubles at Fenway. He has 6 everywhere else. There is still a game to play in this series...does he tie or surpass his non-Fenway numbers?

That reminds of the Bautista vs Mauer "homeruns in Target Field" contest

Hicks - 12 RBI

Mauer - 10 RBI

Mauer is 6 for 19 with RISP and 7 RBIs

Hicks is 6 for 20 w/RISP and 11 RBIs

Mauer is performing in Run Producing situations, it's just the guys on base aren't scoring.

April Stats:

2007 R.Ortiz - 35 IP 2.57 ERA, 14 K, 6 BB, 0.97 WHIP, 3W, 1L

2013 K. Corriera - 36.1 IP 2.25 ERA, 15 K, 5 BB, 1.07 WHIP, 3 W, 1 L

Scary how similar they are.
