Wade hasn't put up notable stats in the minors, but he does have a good eye and appears to be a smart and sound player. It seems Bremer thinks he is pretty special. I just don't think he'll hit enough to be a substantial player. 

 

I only just got in an put the TV on.  Did Bremer say something about him getting a postseason roster spot?

Castro and his .200 BA after the all star break have no place on the potential playoff roster.

Romero has such great stuff. If he can work on command this offseason, maybe he'd be a nice piece for next year. Would hate to lose him for nothing.

You only stayed up until the final out was made?  Dude, you should have stayed up longer!!   After Sano made the final out  Gonzo got a two run single, Arraez singled, Wade singled and the game ended when Torreyes got hit which brought in the final run.   We won!!!!

I stayed up after the game. Had to pour myself a victory Scotch. Didn't want to look like an alcoholic.:)

Last night after the Sox tied the Twins 5 to 5 . I posted the Twins will win this game, I didn’t retract it, the moderators didn’t delete it and it turned out to be true so.... The Twins will win this game

Hence why he doesn't play much. Can't hit his own weight.

he hits better when he plays more, but not as good as Garver, you need a backup so I’m ok with it

Astudillo? Not that I'm a fan of him either, but at least he makes contact.

Astudillo is a worse catcher, by far, than Castro or Garver.
