insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 when was the last time the Twins actually bunched 3 or 4 hits in a row to score runs? It seems like ages ago. they are getting miserable AB's...outside of the odd HR. While still in this one, it would be refreshing to see a legitimate rally by the Twins again.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 In other news, it looks like the Home Run record is slipping out of reach. Deep run in the postseason would make up for it.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Wow! Jorge!
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Patience against the pen and Twin's win 8-7Make Cimber throw strikesTwins hitters getting terrible contact in between all the strikeouts. Sano is a total mess right now...which means he is way overdue to close his eyes and accidentally slug one a mile....which we could sure use/
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 101 on the black... man that’s not fair. Glad he’s on the good side
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Seems like balls fouled off or put in play are always a tick or two faster than balls that go through to catcher.

Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 If it weren't for the radar numbers I'd have no idea that Graterol was hitting triple digits. It looks like he isn't even trying to throw hard.
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Google Translate says Brusdar in Spanish means "Bump."
Brian450 Verified Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 As much as I like Graterol's "stuff", I like his composure...
twinsnorth49 Old-Timey Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Whatever happens, I'm loving this showing by Graterol. Not often you see a guy throw triple digits that effortlessly.
Blake Verified Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 That was cool. 100 mph heat on the edge and one on the corner. I really hope this kid can stay healthy. I'm trying to imagine Graterol and Berrios in the rotation next year with Odorizzi in the third slot.
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Wow, Graterol. Easy 102 mph. Firing comeback 2-seamer to the left edge at 100. Oh, and a tight vertical break on the curve. Sheeeeesh.

operation mindcrime Verified Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 SCHOOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Blake Verified Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Schoop made the defensive plays, so, he's due for a bomba to cap off his night.Darn, short three bases.
Crackedfungo Verified Member Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 I’m officially a fan of Brusdar.IF they can just keep this kid healthy - look out. His slider is filthy, and that gas is WAY to easy for him to generate. Could be an All-Timer if they can keep him healthy, focused, and humble. When Bremer said that is the 'fastest the Twins have seen in a LONG time...', who the HELL is he talking about? I have never seen anyone hit 99, let alone 100+ in 70% of his fastballs. At least Morris called him out about it - we have never seen this level of gas, nor control and movement. Special kid at 21.
