when was the last time the Twins actually bunched 3 or 4 hits in a row to score runs? It seems like ages ago. they are getting miserable AB's...outside of the odd HR. While still in this one, it would be refreshing to see a legitimate rally by the Twins again.

Twins hitters getting terrible contact in between all the strikeouts. Sano is a total mess right now...which means he is way overdue to close his eyes and accidentally slug one a mile....which we could sure use/

Deep run in the postseason would make up for it.

What is it:  284 (Yanks) vs US/Twins 283 ??  I don't think that's out of reach...

That was cool. 100 mph heat on the edge and one on the corner.

 

I really hope this kid can stay healthy.

 

I'm trying to imagine Graterol and Berrios in the rotation next year with Odorizzi in the third slot.

Wow, Graterol. Easy 102 mph. Firing comeback 2-seamer to the left edge at 100. 

 

Oh, and a tight vertical break on the curve. Sheeeeesh.

I’m officially a fan of Brusdar.

IF they can just keep this kid healthy - look out.  His slider is filthy, and that gas is WAY to easy for him to generate.  Could be an All-Timer if they can keep him healthy, focused, and humble.  When Bremer said that is the 'fastest the Twins have seen in a LONG time...', who the HELL is he talking about?  I have never seen anyone hit 99, let alone 100+ in 70% of his fastballs.  At least Morris called him out about it - we have never seen this level of gas, nor control and movement.  Special kid at 21.

he looks so sound and compact/in control. So encouraging
