bighat Verified Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 Ugly game. Hope something good comes of this, like motivation for tomorrow. One of the worst games - if not the worst - this team has played all year.
jz7233 Provisional Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 Stashak needs to be sent back to Rochester. Thorpe is better.
BigDaveBaseballNut Provisional Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 Stashak, uninspiringYeah he's pitching battling practice
bighat Verified Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 Stashak will be on the next flight out to Rochester it appears. The Australian kid ready yet or does he still need another few days down there?

jz7233 Provisional Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 This must be how everyone else has felt playing the twins this yearThis must be how Baltimore felt playing the Twins.

BigDaveBaseballNut Provisional Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 Wow that was a great catch
twins1095 Verified Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 Good to see the ABs by Sano. Good to see him also publicly acknowledging weaknesses in his game and the willingness to work on this weaknesses. He is saying he's trying to work his approach to try and drive the ball to right center field at the scoreboard allowing him to let the ball get deeper into counts. He also said he's been working on his ability to have multiple swings and approaches when needed which should make him a better situational hitter.
MNT1996 Verified Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 Cave is going to hit a walk off grand slam in the bottom of the 9th to win over the fans. Heard it here first
DiscGolfer Verified Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 Maybe Buxton can learn something from Cave there
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 Cave made a good play in CF? Well, that's refreshing!
gil4 Verified Member Posted August 7, 2019 Posted August 7, 2019 Maybe Buxton can learn something from Cave thereI don't want Buxton to even watch Cave.
