This NBA-style music between pitches is ridiculous. I'm sorry, but I hate it.

 

Walk-up music was obnoxious when it started too. Just give it some time, and eventually between-pitch music will probably... cause you to have a dissociative episode like me.

I'm surprised Odo made it through six. Good for him.

 

Yup, he was both scuffling and unlucky for most of the game. But if this is what his occasional bad start looks like, he's going to have a heck of a season.

Now, odo needs to get through one more inning, and we need to do bad things to the Royals in the bottom of the inning because I don't want our bullpen to take over a tie game

If Rocco goes to the bullpen, I will be praying for a Higher intervention :)

Jinxes tend to be pretty obvious, once you start to look for them. Anti-jinxes, OTOH, are kind of subtle and I'm really never sure whether or not we have one.

Jinxes don't count tonight anyway.  The rules are clearly spelled out in MLB.  Anytime a player gets his number retired Jinxes don't count that night.  Common rule.
