Jake doesn't look good today

[h2oface]

0-2 and walked him on 4 consecutive pitches. Odorizzi is in trouble this game. I hope he can settle down.

Twins have back to back PED perpetrators hitting 2 and 3.

KC's Mondesi would complete the set...

[ashbury]

Marwin feeling for the wall on that warning track fly, as though it was the first time he'd ever played RF. (Checking...) Heck, he's been there 12 games before this, so that can't be the reason.

[operation mindcrime]

Ugh! Crom should've had that!!!

[ashbury]

Jake doesn't look good today

He keeps looking at his hand. Might be a blister developing.

[jkcarew]

It was SO much better on the road trip when Gladden was on vacation and Provus and Atteberry were together.

I like Gladden...and his two rings.

Yup, and he's also seeing less good luck on balls in play than he's been used to, like the squibber under Cron's glove.

[MNT1996]

Every game against KC this year has been close. Why do we make these guys look good? 2nd worst record in AL

[h2oface]

Chaulk that one up to shift failure. The devil of a plate ump called the first pitch to Soler a strike, and it was just below the zone. He called the second one a ball, that was virtually in the same spot, but a little closer to the zone. That will help batters and pitchers adjust to his made up zone.

Joe is in the radio booth. Talking about Sept. 30, he said that while Hrbek is regularly around the park, he is rarely down in the clubhouse. When Joe went back to the clubhouse to put on the catcher's equipment, the first person he saw was Hrbek, who was uncharacteristically in the hallway. When Hrbek asked what he was doing and Joe said he was going to put on the gear, they were able to share tears.

I heard that too, and makes me worry more about Hrbek than Mauer!

[h2oface]

Somebody needs to tell these guys they are playing KC, and at home!

Maybe he should put some salve on it!

[yarnivek1972]

Maybe the Twins think they are facing Steve Sparks...

[operation mindcrime]

Nice hit by Garver!

[operation mindcrime]

MARWIN!!!!!!!!!!!

[ashbury]

MARWIN !!!!

[MVP Nick Punto]

I was just thinking Gonzo should do something like that at the plate given how he's looked in the field tonight.

[bighat]

Marwin!

[h2oface]

I guess they heard that......

[IndianaTwin]

Marwin.

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Is that why Gonzalez is in right?

[LaBombo]

I have yet to see a satisfying result from having Marwin play RF.

MarGo took this personally

[bighat]

Angel Hernandez, man this guy is living up to his terrible rep right now.

[70charger]

Oh look, Angel Hernandez is bad at his job. Who knew?

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Kep, hurry up and hit another home run and make this game official

[LaBombo]

Non-swing called a strike apparently due to the umpire being pretty sure Schoop was thinking about swinging.

[MVP Nick Punto]

Literally every pitch I'm holding my breath getting ready to SCREAM at my TV because of Angel...

[IndianaTwin]

I like Gladden...and his two rings.

Oh, I liked him plenty as a player.
