diehardtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 This is pretty much a must win in my opinion. We need to go to Soldier Field and take them... which means we won't.
TheLeviathan Old-Timey Member Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 Soldier Field has been a nightmare for us. I honestly have no clue what ot expect going into this one. I know this though: Dalvin Cook is a game changer for this team. He might be the difference.
diehardtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted November 13, 2018 Author Posted November 13, 2018 yeah, the last few times I've watched them in Chicago, the TV got turned off in disgust... If they have one of those games, it may as well be season over.

nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Just looked this up. The Vikings are 2-6 at Soldier Field since 2010... Ouch. That's not good, though the Vikings weren't good most of those years either. It looks like they won at Soldier Field in 2015 and 2017, the two times the Vikings actually had good teams. In that span, the only time they lost at Chicago when the Vikings had a decent team was 2012 when they were still starting Ponder at QB. I'm going to be optimistic about the game if the defense is relatively healthy.

nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Optimism? Our Vikings? Well I mean, it's only a regular season phenomenon.
Badsmerf Verified Member Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Is Diggs in? Is Rhodes in? If yes to both I like the Vikings. The bears are overhyped.

Badsmerf Verified Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Wow... Already 8 pages deep.
Badsmerf Verified Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 I need to try to get ace steam hooked up.... or I'll need to be at the bar all night.

Mr. Brooks Verified Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Dalvin Cook has no concept of ball security.I like what he brings to the table, but until he learns how to hold onto the ball, he's a liability.
Mr. Brooks Verified Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Some picks are right place right time, that one by Harris was a hell of a play.
gunnarthor Old-Timey Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Our OL is a problem. It's got to get fixed next offseason.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Nothing about this team says great, let alone super bowl caliber.
gunnarthor Old-Timey Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 This Bears team is going to be pretty easy to dislike.
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 The Bears look pretty damn good... I don't know if we have to stay up late for this.
Mr. Brooks Verified Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 This Bears team is going to be pretty easy to dislike. Why is that?
Mr. Brooks Verified Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 The Bears look pretty damn good... I don't know if we have to stay up late for this.Yeah, our defense is completely outclassed right now. They better get things figured out quick, or the Bears can name their score.
TheLeviathan Old-Timey Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Man, when Cousins looks terrible, this team looks like it can lose to anyone.
Mr. Brooks Verified Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Man, when Cousins looks terrible, this team looks like it can lose to anyone. Cousins is playing bad, no doubt. But this offensive line really puts the "offensive" in offensive line, my oh my.
gunnarthor Old-Timey Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 We should maybe start thinking about going for it on fourth and short.
tvagle Verified Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Any chance this game follows the same as the Pitts vs Jax game from earlier today? One team totally outplayed...pathetic looking offense...down 2 scores late in the game only to comeback and win
TheLeviathan Old-Timey Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 This team is outstanding at making third and short look impossible.
Mr. Brooks Verified Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 What could possibly be going through Kendricks mind there? Zimmer's players have a hard time controlling their emotions.
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 The defense is keeping this game close... Let's go Kirk.
Mr. Brooks Verified Member Posted November 19, 2018 Posted November 19, 2018 Time to start taking advantage of the turnovers.
