Years ago in a Little League game, we needed to complete one more inning before dark, or else make a 45 mile round trip the next night to finish the inning. We simply bunted back to the pitcher to finally get the three outs needed. I highly recommend that idea in this game!

I don't know why people are assuming this lineup has anything to do with Buxton not getting called up. Molitor has proven time and time again that he is awful at constructing a lineup regardless of what players the FO provides him.

Totally agree. Players and coaching staff have every right to disagree with the decision, but allowing it to impact their performance on the field is unprofessional at best.
