So, yes, guys are gone, but only Escobar is a big loss for this year, IMO.

Pressly was a loss too, but not huge for this team, and I have contended relievers are fungible and do believe they’ll back fill him somehow pretty well.

 

Overall agreed, Mejia is equal or step up over Lynn, and Austin could be a step up over LoMo

Pohlad's white boxer shorts have been officially run up the flag pole at Target Field. Now it is about getting rid of as many expiring contracts as possible and Dave St Peter pleading with Jim to keep Paul Molitor as manager. It will be interesting to see who get's there way, St Peter as Molitors long time friend, or if Falvey get's to have ownership let him have his own "new shiny toy" guy get to hire the manager spot.

No one can accuse the front office of sitting on their hands, that’s for sure. They’ve been far more active than Ryan ever was at a deadline.

 

At least that part is interesting to see unfold. The return isn’t great because the Twins’ players aren’t great but at least it’s interesting.
