I kinda hope he does get a few starts. I've got some uppity Facebook friends that think he's the real deal and need to get knocked down a peg when pitchers figure out that all they need to do is throw him curves.

 

I make no assumptions... I make no prediction that he will carve out a major league career and I doubt I would place a bet that he will... but... I will defend his right to prove it on the field.

 

He deserves a start or two... that can't be denied at this moment.

It's a Seinfeld tribute, it's been my baseball user name handle throughout all forums since about 1996.  Back in the day, there was no Google to look up all your answers (but there was AskJeeves, Webcrawler, Lycos and Excite) so I had to use the next best thing and that was the closed captioning titles and everytime it was spelled Sacamento, it wasn't until a couple years later with SeinfieldScripts.com that I learned it was Sacamano, so I just rode with it.

 

But I do have some Russian Hats made out of Nutria, much like the sable the difference is negligible.

In seriousness... (I'm getting dizzy trying to be serious) The only thing we know for sure right now is that Buxton is on the D.L. 

 

Even if Kepler and Rosario are OK to play on Friday. LaMarre just came off the bench, went 3 for 4 and drove in the game winning run. He is currently hitting .583 after hitting .471 in spring training. 

 

If Molitor doesn't start LaMarre on Friday... I will fly to Tampa and throw tomatoes at Molitor and fly back after at least one makes contact.

Honestly, even I'm not crazy enough to think LaMarre is anything more than "the hot hand."

 

I know LaMarre will cool off, but, for now, Molitor needs to roll with it and when it's done, LaMarre is on the bench or in Triple A.
