Yeah sort of a quick hook, but I can't argue with it. He, as they say, wasn't missing too many bats last inning.

I'm fine with it, but I'm shocked Molitor took him out.

 

I'm guessing he's not feeling 100 percent tonight.  Something.

LOVE me some Escobar, but wondered why Rosario wasn't hitting 4 with Sano out. Made too much sense to make sense???

Here's hoping Ft. Myers weathers the storm OK.

About 1/3 of the residents have evacuated. Whether or not my parents place gets flooded from the surge will vary on a lot of things. I should have boxed up a few things before I left and brought them to a neighbor's on an upper floor, but so it goes. My Dad's care facility is in the mandatory evac zone and the staff are seeing all the residents moved to another facility in Sun City.

You gotta love those "have the pitcher start the next inning and then immediately pull him when he lets the leadoff guy on base" thing Molitor always does. Seems to happen once per game.
