Blake Verified Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 ChitTown always looks through the peephole in her door before opening. It is not uncommon for her to just pretend she's not home.Blake sees that Chitown has this third person thing down to a T. snepp and Riverbrian 2
Blake Verified Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 I think I'm going to give up on Twins home games and just watch the road games. snepp and Riverbrian 2

Ron Burgundy 4 President Verified Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 How is a team that is above .500 this bad at home?
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Dear Rosario -- Throw to 2nd please Sincerely RiverbrianWas listening to the radio broadcast on the drive home. Gladden made one of the funniest, most exasperated "UGHs" when Rosario threw home. Would leave to hear the uncut thoughts Riverbrian 1
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 How is a team that is above .500 this bad at home? How is a team that is over .500 this bad. Shortened that for you wsnydes and Blake 2
Ron Burgundy 4 President Verified Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 How is a team that is over .500 this bad.Shortened that for you The real question: How does this team score plenty of runs away from TF but can't at ALL at TF?
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 21, 2017 Author Posted June 21, 2017 Was listening to the radio broadcast on the drive home. Gladden made one of the funniest, most exasperated "UGHs" when Rosario threw home. Would leave to hear the uncut thoughts "Ugh" was what I said as well. By not thinking out there. The runner had to trot 90 feet less on that 2 run homer. wsnydes and Aggies7 2
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 (edited) The real question: How does this team score plenty of runs away from TF but can't at ALL at TF?If the opponents had trouble scoring here, I'd attribute it to very low altitude. But that isn't the case. Edited June 21, 2017 by Aggies7
Ron Burgundy 4 President Verified Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 It'll be tough if they let this one slip away. Considering they've lost 4 in a row and the got to Cleveland and Fenway for their next 7 games after this series.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 "Ugh" was what I said as well. By not thinking out there. The runner had to trot 90 feet less on that 2 run homer. You have to wonder how that sort of thing has yet to be corrected with Eddie. Wonder if it's a hard headed thing or poor coaching? wsnydes 1

Wonder if it's a hard headed thing or poor coaching? Inexperience... I don't think he has come to grips with his limitations yet. It looked like he looked up and saw the runner rounding third and he thought that he could make the most amazing throw that has ever been made in the history of baseball. Aggies7 1

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Well, holland has been getting squeezed this inning and Vargas took advantage. But too bad for holland. That's what you get for wearing a mouthpiece.
Ron Burgundy 4 President Verified Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Santana better be ready to lock this thing down for a few innings at least.....

Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Portland reminds of Minneapolis but it seems like everybody has a dog. Nice place. I also love hiking in the mountains and stuff. hence, Portland.Portland is Seattle Junior. Of course, Seattle is Vancouver Junior. Which makes Portland Vancouver the Third. Riverbrian 1
Jax Provisional Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Vargus with half the AB Mauer has yet he has 3 more HR and just 2 less RBI. Sorry, but Vargus needs to be in the line up everyday. If Joe sits he sits....He a 270 hitter with no power , or run production.
Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 Impulse buy of the week: biscoff cookies. Saw them on the shelf, when I wasn't even looking for anything in that aisle, but just passing through to get to the front of the store and to check out, and there they were. Somehow they leapt off the shelf into my cart. Sigh. They are REALLY good. Might have to find a recipe for them.Biscoff rules! When I worked for the airline, I would eat about 20 packs a day from our stock room. Squirrel and Riverbrian 2
