Because there are 3 other time zones? As someone who travels to LA/SF every month for work and goes to a lot of games, it would be annoying to have to be at a game for an earlier than 7pm start time.

I am on the east coast as well, I personally don't mind it, and actually enjoy these late games a bit more anyways. These are the ones (along with afternoon ones) that I am able to catch the most.

Agree, you can do all your regular evening stuff, and still have a ballgame going at the end of the night

Holy cow that was a fast bottom of the 9th! I went to the bathroom and I missed it!

 

It's good to see the Twins pick up a win. This Angels team isn't very good without Trout, so they should be able to win the next 2 of 3 games.
