That last pitch by Haley missed Castro's target by at least a foot...and now the Rays are leading. He should be the last guy that should see the mound in a close game.

Well, he literally was the last option.

 

Duffey threw 30 pitches yesterday. Pretty sure Molitor didn't want to use him.

Going to bet there is a roster move just to get a fresh arm up here tomorrow. Not sure who it would be. Gibson maybe?

 

Haley got through 1.2 but it wasn't clean... it was never dominant... it just kinda happened. 

 

He is in a situation he shouldn't be in right now. They got to consider sending him back to Boston.

Hard to blame anyone other than Kintzler and the 4-6 hitters today.

Haley was last man standing

I like kintzler, but he flirts with disaster every outing. Bound to happen

I didn't know Haley topped out at about 90 mph. Might not be able to do much in the majors with that, unless he's got uncanny control, like Maddux.
