Nature is slowly shaving my head.  I have no use for a comb or brush either.  Finger combing is about all that is required.

I had scarlet fever when I was a kid.  going bald was inevitable for me, so I embraced it. Figured it looked better than letting my hair grow with a big bald spot on top to go along with the ever receding hair line. Good thing I have the head for being bald.

I spent hours playing Breakout and Super Breakout before Tetris came along.  I think that I was literally addicted to Tetris.

Just saying the word makes me want to go dig the NES out of the closet and hook it up.

I could play Defender forever.  I'd never run out of lives. And it's the one game that never shows up on the retro Atari games systems they put out.  I think my mom still has my original system in storage somewhere along with my remote controlled R2D2 :-)

Breakout, now there was a game!

But my all time favourite was Dig Dug.....

Ah, Dig Dug.  Loved Dig Dug.

So, in Portland, they have this great retro video arcade.  I visited my best friend last year and we went there and played for maybe 5 hours.  It was a blast.

Give me a game system with a joystick and a red button any day!

I liked Defender.  I played a lot of Centipede and Pac-Man as well.

I think my parents still have the Atari, but I've got our NES.

After that, we went and had a few drinks talking about the old times...and when we felt like crying we'd start laughing...

That sounds like it would be about the time to go back and play Joust or something.

OMG up to post 68 already!  And a large portion based on something that looks like a large, green, exploding fart.

Some things just make for great conversation starters.

Is it safe to say video game/green mascot talk >>>> 3rd day of TR being fired talk?

At this point, I'm not sure what more there is to say about the GM thing.  It's definitely time for a more lighthearted discussion.

You're right. I left out "Hands Down".

You're approaching "Up Twinkles" territory. Although, considering the mascot in question, probably appropriate.

Hey, you could have gone with the fabulous "Comb Forward." (I've seen it once, and something once seen cannot be unseen)

That was brilliant!

Brilliance all around.  Philly Phanatic with the Lasorda bit and Lasorda beating the Phanatic with it.  Bravo!

I keep finding myself on another thread and coming back to watch that gif over and over again.

Your game Intros are awesome!!!!

If you haven't been there yet, check out Camden Yards.  Probably my favorite.

Looks like I'll be at Camden next week visiting friends.  Any good tips?

As the younger brother in my family, I was normally stuck with Luigi when playing Super Mario Brothers...

He peaked in Super Mario 2, though to this day I'm still trying to figure out if that was an adventure or a bad dream about eating vegetables.
