Hi gang!  Haven't been around much lately, with school winding up, and getting ready for a trip back to US-  LA, actually, so I don't know if that counts.  But-- depending on how things go there, may zip up to the TC for a quick trip after ASG, since I've never seen Target Field as yet.   Oh, how I hope it all works out.  If it does, I'll put a shout out, and hopefully see some of you cats around there---

Great swing plane.

Grossman's hit-by-strike was reminiscent of the time another Twins switch hitter, Javier Valentin, was batting right-handed, which he usually executed with the precision and control of a man trying to shoot skeet backward over his shoulder.

 

But he was even worse that night, and on an inside pitch he swung straight down, ruffled his pantaloons, and appeared to actually graze his own leg.
