gil4 Verified Member Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 I switched to watch a recording of the Belgium-Wales game. More scoring than the Twins can produce.Let our pitchers get back out there. They'll show you how to produce runs.

jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 Have to agree with Dick that...excuse me...gagging... Taylor Rogers is one of the few bright spots of this dismal season. Rogers does appear to be developing good command at the mlb level. HitInAPinch and Platoon 2

HitInAPinch Verified Member Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 Shoot. Woulda been really great to see Buxton getting on base in this situation. That head-first slide wasn't a great idea. But great effort! SwainZag 1
SwainZag Community Moderator Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 Good god, I can't imagine how hard it is to hit that 80 MPH curveball after seeing 3 fastballs at 99 MPH. HitInAPinch 1

Platoon Verified Member Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 4. The U.S Postal Service – July 26th in the year 1775. That was the date that the U.S. Postal Service was created. The very first piece of mail was sent from Philadelphia all the way to Boston. The trip took 8 full days on horseback through rain sleet and snow. The mailbox was not invented yet and the mail carrier was forced to return to Philadelphia with the mail.Today is National Postal Worker Day, AND National U.S. Postage Stamp Day! So take some time to thank your mail person. Since I live in an apartment, I couldn't tell you what my mail person looks like. True story. I went to the local small PO to buy a few rolls of forever stamps. When told they had went down 2 cents per, I jokingly said I was bringing my leftovers in for a refund. . She said, don't laugh! Some woman came in last week with two rolls, and wanted her $4 back. I said, let me guess, of German ancestry? I asked what did you feel the angry kraut? She said she told her, "Forever is Forever at the PO"

I hate seeing guys throw opportunities away, and definitely like seeing them turn it around before it's too late. If Matt Bush can do it, there's hope for Johnny Manziel. SwainZag Community Moderator Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 How far did he hit it?Don't need to get it all at once...Just get on and over and in. Straight away center about 2 steps in from the fence on the warning track and it was very high too. HitInAPinch and Hosken Bombo Disco 2

Platoon Verified Member Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 There is little in anything Brian has ever put on digital paper to make me believe a thing he writes. But I do have to wonder if his point #1 pertaining to Ryans cloned pitchers, has some merit. It's by far the best explanation yet for the past 20 years of Twins pitching.
