Prior to today's game... Roark pitched 17 Innings and he had struck out 9

 

3 starts and those starts were against Miami twice and Atlanta Once.

 

10 K's in 4 Innings against the Twins... is a little concerning.

On an unrelated note, the Twins DFA'd C John Hicks and he was claimed by the Tigers. That leaves a 40 man roster spot open, but they only have 2 catchers on it. 

 

Are they bringing David Murphy up? Or finding a new 3rd catcher?

On an unrelated note, the Twins DFA'd C John Hicks and he was claimed by the Tigers. That leaves a 40 man roster spot open, but they only have 2 catchers on it. 

 

Are they bringing David Murphy up? Or finding a new 3rd catcher?

With all the talk of the yankees trade in recent game threads, i was wondering... if Aaron Hicks gets passed through waivers, with the twins being at the bottom, do we scoop him up? if so, how do we clear space...
