Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Is a back flop better or worse than a belly flop?!?I don't see chief here, so.... yes.
OrangeKicks Provisional Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I'd just like to point out that there IS a difference between being a bad OF and playing OF badly.
Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 AAA contract? Who is going to block Gonsalves until they can turn him into a bad pitcher? I vote Scott Baker
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Well whatever happens, the players better listen to Molli and refrain from negative outbursts. We don't need any of that emotion right now.
OrangeKicks Provisional Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Does anyone else feel a rally, or is that just my indigestion?Reversal of fortune perhaps?
Darius Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 RF defense doesn't matter. So I'm told. The part Bonnes accidentally left out: "when the pitchers on the roster are this bad."

ashbury Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I don't see chief here, so.... yes.OK, but don't get any ideas about springing some knock knock jokes on us.
SwainZag Community Moderator Posted April 10, 2016 Author Posted April 10, 2016 Why? We need to see what that Mastro kid has? He should be the choice. He's never hit above AA, he didn't hit extremely well in spring training and he's not an overly versatile player. They won't bring him up to play 4th OF and a bench bat, especially with the AAA season just getting underway. At least IMO.
Darius Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I vote Scott BakerToo much velocity. Andrew Albers?
Winston Smith Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 At least Arcia looks good in rightVery athletic.
Blake Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Does anyone else feel a rally, or is that just my indigestion?Did you take the brown acid? You weren't supposed to take the brown acid.
Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Too much velocity. Andrew Albers? What is Scott Diamond up to?
Blake Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 A hit!! No strike out. Trending, I smell a trend. Either that, or my dog is having issues.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 OK, but don't get any ideas about springing some knock knock jokes on us.I'm more of a "a nun and two goats board a train in Cleveland" type of joke guy. h/t Dark Star RIP

Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Good news--we knocked out KC's starter and got to their bullpen! oh wait
Winston Smith Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 At least we have Ricky going tomorrow.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 At least we have Ricky going tomorrow.I do expect a win tomorrow because all signs point to that not happening.
Intramural Legend Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 At least we have Ricky going tomorrow. I think this whole thing has been a setup to get Ricky Twins win #1
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I love ad council commercials (switched to the twins audio feed). They're so creepy.
Blake Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I think this whole thing has been a setup to get Ricky Twins win #1If Nolasco wins tomorrow I won't know if I should laugh or cry. Of course, if it's a 10 to 9 win, then, laughingly crying is probably in order.
Darius Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 What is Scott Diamond up to?There it is. He once had a couple successful weeks here years ago, he can't break 90, and he really knows how to regurgitate baseball cliches. He's TRs Holy Grail. He actually might be chained in TR's basement in a gimp mask right now.
Blake Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 At least we have Ricky going tomorrow. You're trolling, aren't you?
OrangeKicks Provisional Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Even when they try to do the right thing (pinch hit Sanó) they screw it up (lifting Rosario for Arcia).
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 If the Twins can protect their deficit tonight, and eke out another loss tomorrow with Ricky "No No" Nolasco going against Edinson "117 ERA+" Volquez, they'll have 7 losses to start the season. The Royals look to me like they have a pretty good shot to win 90+ games again. So if they Twins want to even think about winning the division, they had better plan on losing no more than 70 games. So in other words, the Twins have an excellent shot to bank almost 10 percent of the losses they can afford for the season in just one week. One week, out of 26, roughly 10 percent of the losses for 92 wins. http://images.tvfanatic.com/iu/s--JgmVc0Ce--/t_large_l/f_auto,fl_lossy,q_75/v1396822150/keeping-his-secret.jpg
