Fella just beats a throw from Hicks into second for a double, and then on the ensuing single, handily beats the throw from Buxton home.

 

They gotta take notes from Hunter and Rosario...

 

2-1 Minnesota with Chicago still batting for those of you who follow CBUs...

Figuring Chicago had 20,000 of those, umm, covers to give away, from the looks of the stands, Chicago probably has 8,000 or 9,000 left for next year.

Today the Twins look to get a win from the White Sox, and the A's want to beat the Rangers.

#1 Thing to Think About: Minor League Playoffs - The Kernels beat Quad City in the first round of the playoffs, and Max Kepler came up huge for the Lookouts in their first game, but that isn't the whole reason why we are thinking about MILB playoffs. The real reason why we are thinking about MILB playoffs is because we are Twins fans, and Twins fans have a habit of saying, "Well, there are always Minor League games, and the playoffs are fun..." unless you are also a Packers fan, then you go root for the Pack in the fall, but we just might want to hang in here a little longer.


 

And tomorrow I am going to my first SPCO concert of the season, and we also have this:

This is all Terry Ryan's fault. Our rotation should be Greinke, Arrieta, Kershaw, Sale and Keuchel.

Pretty sure the Twins have one of the worst rotations in the majors by every metric, who else would you put the blame on? Last I check Terry Ryan signed or traded for everyone in the rotation this year.
