Ultima Ratio Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 This inning reminds me of last year. Let's hope that the Twins can pick up Gibby with some runs.Ah, but you said this a lot last year, so it all evens out. Present in the mode of absence or something.
Halsey Hall Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Golfed for the first time in over a month, and missed the first half of the first. Good thing.
Whammy Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 you mean a starting catcher who is 33rd out of 33 in the AL by ESPN WAR? It's not squishy, he's terrible. Hermann is 18I'm giving him a little benefit of the doubt based on a quality 2014

The ball isn't bouncing our way, It is getting hit in the air, and over the fence. Not that it matters right now, but I hope Wade Davis and Greg Holland are accused of being financial supporters of a Scientology Terrorist Cell and are thrown in prison tonight, before they have a chance to pitch.

Whammy Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 It's been frustrating to be completely inept of late, at the plate. So this KC series has sucked, but the Milwaukee series was almost more frustrating because we were giving up early leads, but then coming back later to tie the game, only to give the lead back up.

Hermann is 18But, but we got him for next year also! . In fairness, maybe he should catch a little less. Pinto really would not play any worse than Suzuki has for the last 3 weeks.

We will have to score some runs for them to pitch.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 I think DanSan's feelings were hurt. He went 4-5 with a double in Rochester, and I'm inclined to take it as a personal plea to the FO to add him back to the ML roster.
Platoon Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Is this a Twins game, or Groundhog Day? Suzuki is STILL in the 5 hole?
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 What's in the water in Rochester? All of our demotions light up the stats sheet..... Except Arcia.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Back in the day, it would have been called a balk for the pitcher to make a pickoff attempt, and the first baseman to be several feet off the bag when recieving the throw. Somewhere along the line, I guess they decided that wasn't a balk.

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 How long before teams don't even bother to play a right fielder with Mauer at the plate?
Bark's Lounge Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 I'd be thrilled to see either in the game tonight. Not me, I'd rather see them get toasted by Madsen & Herrera... just sayin'. Plus, if Davis and Holland spill the beans and name fellow conspirators, maybe we will rid ourselves of likes of Tom Cruise, TRAVOLTA, and that worthless actor from Cheers. I am trying to be positive. I want to see the greatness in the nucleus of suffering and despair.
Ultima Ratio Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 How long before teams don't even bother to play a RHer with Mauer at the plate?Rover in shallow Left/Center?
mickeymental Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Rover in shallow Left/Center?more like eddie feigner -- the king and his court.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Anyone else having site issues?

formerly33 Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 They probably had him playing CF. No, but they gave him an ego boost by letting him bat first. Sadly he didn't score any runs and the Redwings lost 5-3. At least if my memory serves me right (did I get that from Chief? I think ChiTown might have alluded to that in the past ... if my memory serves me right ... and it seems like something he'd say).
zchrz Provisional Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Rover in shallow Left/Center?Cmon in buddy your going to be playing tall stop.
Whammy Verified Member Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Anyone else having site issues? You mean other than the never-ending ads that automatically start and have audio? Other than that, nope. I understand the need for ads, but I'd be curious to know how much they make annually from ads and if we could strike up a collection (like kickstarter) to eliminate the ads. So annoying.
