Unless offer is overwhelming wait until last week of spring training and then make a deal to your favor if Nolasco, Plefrey and Milone have had strong springs.  Maximize your return.  This could also happen after the first few weeks of the season when other internal options fail.

It is time to finally say this. Nolasco is untradeable at the moment, and is likely untradeable throughout the year. No one is going to take on 3 and, what, $37 million without seeing sustained good pitching over an entire season. Next offseason? Maybe, yes. 

Milone is clearly the guy to put forth as trade bait.
