[Bark's Lounge]

Well Shucks. That was an orgasmic 4 at bat sequence. That is a hopeful view into the future.

Excuse me while I go clean up a bit.

[stringer bell]

Squeezed on the 3-2 pitch.

[Riverbrian]

My mom wears this nice red color polish and it's called 'Not a Waitress.' They call it that because they don't want to call it 'Hooker Red.'

My wife wears something called "Not Tonight or Tomorrow".

[Squirrel]

Well, sigh, and here we go.

[Riverbrian]

C'mon May... You gotta lead... Try to hold it.

[stringer bell]

Not squeezed on the 3-1 pitch.

[stringer bell]

I'm sensing another four-hour game.

[USAFChief]

I've been really trying to spread my influence across the world.

So far it's just resulted in a rare respitory virus spreading across the Midwest.

Just the Midwest?

Do the symptoms include rolling one's eyes, groaning softly to one's self, and the occasional short chortle?  If so, the virus has reached Arizona.

[Richie the Rally Goat]

May has thus far, not been what I want him to be... But as he gets practice there have been more and more pitches that make me say to myself "whoa! Good pitch"

[Richie the Rally Goat]

Nothing like having space in a ball park to "mill around" in

[Bark's Lounge]

Better chance then June Juning it.

I've seen it happen and it happened on my 26th Birthday back in 2001. It is not pretty.

[Craig Arko]

And in other news, history.

And if keeps collecting those things. He'll get a coupon for a free Butterknife Steak.

That last curveball to Bourne was one of them.

Chief remembers when that happened. They had just invented the typewriter around that time and Chief had to learn the new fangled gadget.

Younger millennials in the food service industry seem hardest hit around here.  Hand sanitizer shortage, maybe?

[Richie the Rally Goat]

My wife wears something called "Not Tonight or Tomorrow".

mine too, usually with a pair of old sweat pants and a scowl

[USAFChief]

I remember flying Search and Rescue missions looking for the survivors.  Early model C-130's, if I recall correctly.  We refueled in Toronto and took in a late season Argonauts game during a layover.

Yeah, but learning that was nothing compared to him figuring out the wheel.

[stringer bell]

They need a gigantic bug zapper.

[USAFChief]

Big league play by Plouffesie.

Correct me if I'm wrong but those games were played with actual Argonauts... Led by Jason himself.

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Hope the game was worth it.

Wouldn't want to think Chief was fleeced...

That was late in his career.  He wasn't very mobile by then.  A "statue" in fact.

[D. Hocking]

Yeah, but learning that was nothing compared to him figuring out the wheel.

The first wheels were hard to learn how to use -- it was not until the Assyrian's made some improvements that it was easy to use.  I still have some problems with fire.  I am hoping it is a fad like acid wash jeans and will go out of fashion.

[Richie the Rally Goat]

As the FSN team showed May and Anderson talking in the dugout, my neighbors can hear me yelling at the TV through closed windows "Don't listen Trevor! For God Sakes, plug your ears!"

[sampleSizeOfOne]

What about them fancy oil lanterns?

That would give a ballpark a different atmosphere.

[Squirrel]

Vargas just does not look very fast. Heh. But I'm pretty sure he could still beat me in a race to first.

[stringer bell]

Certainly looks like four is all they will get.

[Riverbrian]

If the race was scheduled... I'd show up to watch.
