Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 After seeing the replay, I think Kurt said "Oww fudge!" there.Well now we gotta talk about fudge. No nuts in mine... I like Fudge and I like Nuts... Separately!!! It's like putting pebbles in your pudding.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Brian, are you sure Kennys is singular and not plural? That's a pretty big guy to be one person.I've heard its singular but it is entirely possible that he has eaten Kenny Lofton.
Craig Arko Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Chris Sale 6-6 75 Pounds. So he's like one of Vargas' feet, then.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Right, nuts do not belong in desserts like fudge or brownies or cookies.

Tibs Verified Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 I hate it when there are nuts in chocolate, brownies, cookies, cheesecake, etc. Just ruins it for me. Snickers are good though.

Winston Smith Verified Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Does coconut in a candy bar count as a nut?
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 no lizards and gizzards in the stuffing either!!!No... Not in the stuffing. However... Every thanksgiving... I'm part of the Gizzard fight that ends with a round of paper rock scissors.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 I got no beef with nuts, wherever they may be. I forget what goes into fudge. It's a lot of sugar, some flavoring, and... butter? And it gets boiled down 'til it's mostly solid? (Please correct me if i'm wrong, of course)
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Does coconut in a candy bar count as a nut?It depends if the Coconut is still intact with the husk and everything.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Nope.. If you have to cut the sweet. Use something with a Similar consistency to the fudge... Like... Umm... Marshmallows. LOL, I melt marshmallows in my Fudge .... but have to have nuts and lots of them!!!
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Does coconut in a candy bar count as a nut? No, but you have to have nuts with the coconut ... to cut the over sweetness. (Although the dark chocolate does help).

JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 You know, I'm actually considered a pretty good cook ..... But I can see that around here I'd be a massive failure. Cuz you'd get nuts in most chocolate things. And you'd never get those runny eggs.
hawkiconk Provisional Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 No, but you have to have nuts with the coconut ... to cut the over sweetness. (Although the dark chocolate does help).coconuts shoud be banished from the face of the earth

B Richard Provisional Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Lets hope Darnell can find his nuts in this one For cooking purposes, of course....
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 2. ...It's important to point out that Kennys is just one Kenny... He's not two guys named Kenny and called Kennys. His family named him Kenny and an S came out of nowhere and attached itself to his name. You may be thinking he's plural but he is not. He's from Puerto Rico and those that have seen him... say he looks like David Ortiz in stature. He's a long baller hitter by all reports and I hope he cranks it out tonight. The s is possessive. It's like, well, it's vs. its. If you write Kenny's (or Kennys') you're saying Kenny is.Which is also true. The question then, is what's he got? And that's what we're hoping to see. Does that make sense?
