I was listening a bit to the top of the second driving into work... What happened to Pelf's newfound faster tempo on the mound? I swear it was about a minute between pitches to Norris.

I wouldnt ask him... I'd run a scientific analysis. Petrie dish... Microscope... Gloves... Gloves for sure. A sample of the beard and analysis of the sample.

 

I think its possible... You'd find Billy Gibbons himself inside that beard.

I think so too. Fortunately the rules on trolling tend to be a little more relaxed here in the game threads. :)

Based on the ESPN gamecast, I don't think Pelf would have given up a single walk if the ump had more than a 6 sq. in. strike zone. You essentially have to groove one, or it's a ball.

For future reference, that was a setup for "I don't know. I've never Kipled." You'll find the opportunity comes up all the time. Real Life Of The Party stuff there. :)
