    Farmer, Julien and Miranda are NOT GOOD at First Base; The Twins need a good First Basemen. Julien and Miranda are simply not good fielders, Farmer is very good at second. Twins have competent gents at Second and Third already, they need a First Baseman,

    I did not put a quote in, there are no quotation marks. Just going by what JD-TWINS said, at that , a TEAM player does not come and go after one year at his age.

    His Outfield numbers have gone up; his 1st Base number have gone down with every year.

    Let's see now , in another thread every one is pleased with Lewis, Team Sport attitude which makes him great all around, OK; now we are supposed to salivate over a dude whose line is ME, MYSELF and I. Let his ego play some where else.

    Lewis believes in the TEAM part of team sports, some thing not as strong as it once was.

    The Twins probably want a first class fielding person at First Base. Kirilloff is not one and the others you suggest are worse. They want some one who can field like Gallo, but keeps his BA above the Mendoza line.

    They should bring a better quality pitcher, from where ever one might be available, add in Miranda and you are giving a team a younger Left Field, 3rd and ? 2nd ? baseman.

    AM -- for those who want to know what life is like outside there rabbit hole. FM - for those who pull shut the rabbit hole lid shute and do not like the outside world. AM - at least before president shrub, has long range, I could get stations a thousand miles away at night.

    Minor League is not Major League, and AAA is not AA or lower. So far for the Saints he is at best average with the bat , and not good fielding and so many seem to think in the Major there will be a miraculous change -- 🥸

    Soto - NO Hole in the defense for a lot of money, while , at the same time, signing a 24 year old not to a long term contract is asinine. Alonso - Maybe Good defense; trade Miranda ( or Julien) and Wallner for a first rate First Baseman with a three year contract.

    IF they are good enough to play in the Majors the Spring Training should show that; so far such has not shown in the Minors regular season.

    Merrifield would be hole in the defense at 2nd or in the Out Field. He still has a fairly good bat and still can steal bases but his fielding lacking is not an improvement in any way.

    Where does all they hype for Lee come from? He is a sub-par Short Stop with only 168 PA with the Saints.

    Wallner is not any where near, not even close , the fielder Kepler is, IF , he ever learn how to play fly balls so he does not have to run like mad to catch an easy fly ball, he will in left for as long as he is with the Twins. Only way he leaves is if he Joey Gallo's his BA.
