    How to have a success in winning games .... Bundy pitches 8 solid innings with 3 extra days rest , 4 hits , no walks and only 1 run ... cotton pitches a clean inning ... Hitting was contagious with 14 hits , 3 doubles sprinkled in 2 homers , 9 singles a 5 walks ... 11 runs ,,, a recipe for success and they scored 7 runners out 12 in scoring position ...

    Do the Twins suck at scoring runs ... To answer it , yes they suck at scoring runs because they have no killer instinct clutch hitting ,,, they don't have the right frame of mind on situational hitting and that is the coaches fault that isn't instilled in them ,,, Got to have a killer instinct when you have ducks on the pond ... I like singles and doubles in situational hitting , it doesn't have to be swinging for the fences all the time ....

    Sure could use kiriloffs bat in the lineup .... He on a tear ,,, play it here in twins territory and help the team pounce on their opponents ... The question would be , who would he replace and where would he play

    Yes Arraez has been amazing this year but he has been great to have in the line up since he came up in 2019 ... THE PEOPLE ARE SPEAKING AND HE IS FINALLY GET HIS RESPECT ... Yes batting titles are great and I hope he ties carew with a .388 average or even better .. Here's to you major leaguer ( big leaguer ) go for it ... My comparison of Arraez ( major leaguer) is his batting stance is like qywnn and though he doesn't use his wrist and slap the ball like carew he hits like carew going opposite field , basically he hits it where the pitch is pitched ( that is bat control like carew as well ) .... Love his energy he sparks at the top of the batting order by getting on base ,,, he may be the first twin to score a hundred runs a season in quite awhile which in my opinion getting on base with hits and hitting for average and scoring runs is productive ... he has better speed than some say ,,, Rocco doesn't have either Arraez or Buxton steal bases to cut down on injuries .... His love of the game reminds me of Puckett alittle ,, Puckett was more charismatic though but brought his energy to the game as well and players feed off that ... I hope FO rewards him with an extended contract and he is here for many more twins seasons .... There's nothing better than watching a professional hitter hit even if he doesn't hit for alot of power ...

    It was an ugly loss and the 8th time the twins have been shut out this season ... We managed to come away with more wins against Toronto , New York and Tampa than anyone could imagine .... The duffey story ... He entered the game with Tampa on Sunday and did surrender a homerun and a double in an inning , but he also pitched the ninth inning ( second inning ) and got through it without allowing a run ... magnificent

    Thanks I didn't catch that arraez name was spelled incorrectly ,,, you do know spell check is not smarter than a fifth grader .... If they don't know Arraez around the leagues fan base they soon will know ... I'm sure there are more that are familiar with him than you think ,,, I'm not sure he even has a slot on a allstar ballot which is a shame because he is classified as a utility player... a write in vote on my ballot when I get around to it ,,, So better get cracking

    This is a message for twins personal if they are reading... Resting 2 critical players ( Buxton and Correa ) on a weekend game at home that fans pay to see is not acceptable ,,, Rest your players on the road ,,, baseball is losing attendance already and now your loyal twins fans could decide not to attend games because their favorite players ( good players ) might not be in the game .... Rest them on the road and give the fans their monies worth at home...

    Arreaz was a household name in 2019 .... He took his opportunity in 2019 and proved to me he was a major leaguer after 2 months , his hitting was for real ( I usually need 3 years to evaluate what kind of player they will be ... not arreaz , I knew he was a major league hitter right away ) ... Bats like gwynn and hits like carew ... I cringed everytime someone suggested to trade him , maybe the non believers will be believers now and his defense is acceptable in his utility role ( better than the white Sox defense ) ... Arreaz ( major leaguer ) is the twins spark plug and now with his grand slam he is arreaz ( the big leaguer ) .... Major leaguers grand slam is the highlight of the season ... It will remain the highlight of the season until the twins win a playoff game ... he sparked this win with his first grand slam , and to the non believers he is a major leaguer and now a big leaguer ... He loves the game of baseball and it shows , he plays big ... I love what he brings to the plate and admire every at bat .... remember that at bat where he had to replace schoop being injured with an 0-2 count and 2 outs and managed to draw a walk against mets diaz the fireballer I believe ,,, he almost sparked a win but ended up on third as the tying run to end the game ,,, What a spark he is to this lineup ... Major leaguer will definitely be in the allstar game this year ,,, the fans across the country should take notice and vote him in ,,, He also , if his success continues will have mvp consideration votes ... Keep playing major leaguer and don't change a thing in the game you love ...

    Great to see the steerster doing well ,,, He was my pick for breakout season for a minor league player early this spring ,,, He still has a ways to go but he is close , maybe this year or next year for sure .... Would like to see steers name on the back if a twins jersey ....

    Dang it duffey ... twins kept Colome all season because we didn't have any options in depth ,,,, We have options this season that are better than duffey ... Duffey has no business pitching with a 1 run lead ... We battled until dfa duffey came to the bump and zapped all the adrenaline out of the players ...

    Oh boy duffey .... As others posted he is so predictable with only 2 pitches and doesn't locate accurately ... Mop up duty in a 5 run lead and he couldn't get the job done ,,, If duffey is going to lose a game for us I would like it to be in the earlier innings ,,, it would have been devastating had we lost that game because duffey ... Duffey should not be pitching when the twins have any lead , so he should be a mop up pitcher until they finally cut ties of him .... Also there should always be a pitcher warming up when duffey is on the mound ready to spell him if the first 3 batters give him trouble , a bloop and a blast is all he is good for ,,,, I like a bloop and a blast only when our twins hitters do it ...

    Where is the respect for the arreaz ( I nicknamed him major leaguer in his first season ) , It usually takes 3 seasons to evaluate what kind of player they are going to be ,,,,, I saw what kind of player he was in his first year ( bats like gwynn and hits like carew ) , he is a outstanding hitter even if he is considered a singles hitters ... He adapts where played even if some think his defense is a liability , firstbase he has filled in admirably , can play 2nd or 3rd , outfield is maybe a stretch but he'll play were he is told ... Major leaguer ( arreaz ) is a possible allstar this year ,,,, he ignites the top of the order getting things started and continues throughout the game ,,, he's contending for a batting title through the first third of the season ... Love watching this player play the game he so much loves .... Maybe he should be the hitting coach and draw 2 pay checks ... Yes there are others I like on the team as well but he is our spark plug ...

    Fear the steer is off to a okay start at AAA ,,, he's always hit at every level so I expect it just takes some adjusting to the new league and he will start raking again .... Love to follow the minor league updates and see the prospects doing well ..... I also agree with other posts that we have a logjam at positions and need to trade somebody for better pitching or lose them in the rule 5 .....

    I've read all the post by members ... Yes we need upgrades in bullpens and let starters go longer in their starts if on their game of course ... What I want to mention to the twins fans is ... BASEBALL IS A BUSINESS , the love of Money is more important to them than being competitive in the playoffs ( ALL AT THE EXPENSE OF THE TWINS FANS , do they really care about us ) ,,,, Management is getting everything they want during the season so far with competitive baseball and they are hopeful that this competitive baseball once summer arrives will draw the fans to stadium ... DOUBLEHEADER about to start , I got to go

    The plan , the plan , the plan ... Smiles everyone .... Every game is different and adjustments and decisions should always be changing from inning to inning .... the FO and Rocco's plan is not managing the game ,,, continuous change in batting orders are ridiculous .... the plan is totally ridiculous , their comments to the fans are unbelievable and BS .... Correct me if I'm wrong

    Just another one of Rocco's mismanaged games ,,, leaving in duffey ,,, duffey couldn't locate any pitches on the corners , either out of the zone or right in the hitters sweet spot , didn't throw many fastballs , mostly curves and sliders .... The offense didn't help much with bases loaded and no outs ,,,

    The computer is not smarter than a fifth grader .... I don't see mauer going in on first ballot but he eventually will be voted in .... When ? , I won't speculate because he wasn't a east or west coast player ,,, they get the recognition
