    Love watching him play. It is fair to say that he could contribute more than Garlick. That said, we have to concede that his last truly outstanding season was 2017. It is likely there is just not enough upside left in him six seasons out from that, which would be sad...

    Cross-post from Gio trade article. Looks like an offensive downgrade for the sake of a paltry $3 million. :-( So is Farmer (not Gordon) the new infield utility guy? Starting at 3B? At SS? Admittedly it's early, but frustrating not to be able to see a master plan here.
