    Huh, on Joe Mauer induction night, the catcher, the guy from Minnesota and the most piranha-esque player on the team are having the best night's so far.

    Considering the offense, this is over. Glad it was quick.

    If Chris Williams wouldn't have taken such a nose-dive in July (the numbers are very Gallo-esque), I wonder if they would have moved on already. I'd still roll the dice with Williams, since he had three average to excellent months otherwise. Not to mention he's right-handed, give you another catching option, is three years younger and has the full slate of control years.

    That one's on you. I brought my Dallas Cowboy fan roommate with me to the NFC Championship game after the 1998 season. After he had six or seven beers more than he should have, he started screaming "We're going to the Bowl!" He left his seat in the 4th quarter and came back donning an authentic Randy Moss jersey just as Robert Smith was running out of bounds before "The Kick". I take full responsibility.
