Hoffman was a curious choice for the 8th.  Threw 25 pitches last night and 3 of the last 4 games.  This says more about how much they trust Rogers than it does about Hoffman here.

I think it's neat that they're bringing the history of barnstorming back to the fore front - like the WPBL bringing the women of baseball back into the zeitgeist. Especially considering how much barnstorming relates to the Negro Leagues; always good to bring attention to the history of baseball!

Seems like TC trusts Rogers as much as they should which is barely at all.
