I think that's a closer call than Jenkins.  I'm sure there would have to be some details that would have to be addressed to make it even.  You're expecting the same path for Neto as we are for Culpepper.  Neto would have been our SS until Houston makes it to the majors and then Neto likely shifts to 3rd. I'm not sure how a specific trade would work, but it would be much closer than what the Angels were asking for in Jenkins.

His arbitration years 4 of em start next year and at S.S. he getting paid big money,  WAY 2 MANY STRIKEOUTS

Well, they don’t have the box that we have when we watch it on TV. Some of those that are out of the zone are out by 0.1 inches so it’s a lot harder for them to tell. TheirAre much better at getting the ones that are fully in the zone challenged correctly.

I'm not sure I would have made the trade either.  Just suggesting it's a closer deal than many would think. Neto is likely to be a 20/20 man for the third year in a row.  Neto is a known quantity vs the mystery box.  For all we know, Culpepper may end up like Lewis and have a hot start and languish for the next 2-3 years with injuries similar to Royce since he has been battling random injuries all season.  Sometimes there's a price to pay for that.  Kind of like owning real gold vs owning stock in gold exploration companies.  The mining companies only pay out when they hit.  And no, that is not stock advice at all.  Not trying to get TD in trouble for anything.
