There is no justification for hitting Clemens lead off. But, sure, this site likely loves it because it is anti math.

The Twins timing this year is interesting. I think they are playing Toronto and earlier Baltimore and Tampa Bay at exactly the right time, even though they were 1-2 against both the O’s and Rays. OTOH, their timing for weather looks unfortunate. They’re home for a week with rain and snow in the forecast almost every day.

This team is legit fun, it was so painfully obvious that everyone had tuned out Rocco and Shelton has been a good presence, nobody could have won with the Pirates spending 50 million per year.

 

The bullpen is still a big problem so this team isn't winning 100 games or anything, but when E-Rod, Walker, and Culpepper are up this lineup is going to bang
