is Caratini another sloth around the bases or does their Center Fielder have a strong ACCURATE arm?

Wallner can't help himself  🥺 challenge

Looks like the coaching staff is just a impotent as last year. JHC, Wallners challenge was not even close to being a ball.

HMMM, Buxton , Jeffers and Lee, are all members of the 400 Club.

I think it is Wallner's frustration with himself being taken out on any thing but himself.

He can track down a fly ball

That inning is a prime example of why this team struggles to score runs.

Caratini doesn't know where the SS is playing and starts back towards 2B on a line drive up the middle. Idk if he would've scored but he had zero chance after misreading that ball.

Wallner comes up with runners at the corners and only one out. K

Royce flies out.

Brutal.

It's Skubal. Wallner should have bunted I don't care how slow Caratini is

is bunting legal for the Twins?

We keep hearing people whine about how it's not Wallner's fault that nobody is on base when he happens to run into a ball (never mind the fact that his own OBP is terrible) then he gets a chance with RISP where a fly ball or even a grounder to the right side scores a run and he strikes out in 4 pitches while wasting a challenge...

Wait... no.  I came in late and missed it.  He didn't do that AGAIN, did he?

Somethin' the matter with his thinker, as an old project leader of mine used to say (about others, I hasten to add).

In his defense the pitch he challenged wasn't right down the middle this time. Baby steps...
