Feels like last season when there were long stretches of zero offense against mediocre pitching.

I don’t know the ins and outs of why guys are called up or not, can any of you more knowledgeable posters explain why we wouldn’t just have the younger guys start in MLB instead of whatever you’d call this mishmash of slop? Is it service time/money? Experience? Bc this is ugliness and totally off putting as a looonnngg term fan.

I can't see the front office letting this go on for too long. They will have to bring up the kids that are ready or they will lose the entire fan base. I am a huge baseball and Twins fan and haven't even turned the game on today.

It's a shame rules exist that disincentivize teams from carrying the 26 best players in the organization on the major league club

I’ve got nothing when it comes to young relievers. They should be up here now. As far as Walker Jenkins/E-Rod/Culpepper are concerned, it’s absolutely about service time. I don’t know when the exact date is, usually late April, they can get called up and have their 7th year of control secured.
