Haha! Jake Cave! That dude was the definition of AAAA player and our front office just couldnt get enough! I will say Joey Gallo was my least favorite out of the 4 although they all had special characteristics about them.  Manny Margots .038 pinch hitting batting average or Joey Gallo's .150 actual batting average while striking out 40% of the time or Kyle Garlick who was a worse version of Jake Cave.....let that sink in.

Matt Wallner might need the Miguel Sano complete reset and send him to Fort Myers. It’s mind boggling how razor thin the margins are between him being a 1 dotter and utter futility at the plate.

Absolutely laughable - two three pitch strike outs and a 2 pitch pop out.  Kody Clemens is one of the best hitters on our team right now......

All the trade/sell stuff is exciting and fun to discuss. For this team to actually make a run, let alone compete or be good again, they 100% need a new manager from the outside, regardless of the players.

I’d give Tingler a 2 month trial this season to see if a different voice does anything for these players. Then yes, new manager and new GM hires after the season

This, to me, has been quite obvious for at least a year now.

His teams just do not play good baseball. And never seem to get better at the things he can influence.

This inning notwithstanding its not hard to picture the Twins giving Varland a shot as the 9th inning guy if/when Duran is moved. In some ways Jax might be that guy but Varland might have a better mindset for it.

If my 75 year old memory is correct Gallo made 10 million for the year. That would be the difference.
