Ha! That's putting it mildly! I've been critical of the front office and their reluctance to sign free agents, at least waiting until well into the new year so sign the castoffs, but this time around ... I don't know. The crazy money I see those relatively good/fair free agents are getting is just ridiculous. Hey, I realize that it's the new normal, but I hate it. Plus, the cream of the crop is signing with the Yankees and Mets and Dodgers and the usual big market teams. MLB needs some sort of reset.
