Been a looooong time since I've seen anyone on a heater like the one Miranda is on. Very nice!

He's not mashing for the fences, it's a beautiful thing.

Only Dustin Pedroia and Bernie Williams also recorded hits in 11 consecutive at-bats since 1940. Miranda is one away from tying the MLB record.

Since 1900, Ted Williams holds the record for most consecutive plate appearances on base with 16. That's at least 12 for Miranda now.

Big hits for Castro and Santana in the 2nd. Great to see.

Things are looking good! Houston's bullpen is taxed too so they'll have to stretch out Hunter Brown as long as they can.

Our BP is in good shape, they didn't use Duran or Jax

Is it just me or does anyone else think that Lee should move up to the #2 or #3 hole? Larnach has been kind of meh there. Go Castro, Correa, Lee, Miranda, Santana, Kepler, Buxton, Larnach, Catcher. easy tomorrow since Vasquez will be catching. I do have to admit though that changing the lineup when they're scoring 6 runs a game may be a little much. still, I would like to see Lee moved up.

Give it a couple weeks.

I don’t know what’s more embarrassing, giving up a home run to Jon Singleton or bat flipping down 7-3 lol

for real, singleton is one of the worst ball players of all time lol

I don't know if seven will be enough today either.

Other than the Twins and maybe San Diego nobody is smacking the ball better than Houston right now.

When you have someone this promising, you find a spot for him.

70 pitches in four innings for Ryan. Six will probably be his limit. It would be nice to turn the game over to Sands, Okert, Thielbar, but I'm guessing we're going to see Jax and Durán.

Correct. There are plenty of at bats available to Brooks and you find a spot for him at 3B/2B/DH.
