Though, if I'm honest, I saw this thread had a hit for the first time in a month and came to see if someone was posting that Mike Tyson died live on Netflix.

I did get sucked into that “fight” as well. At least I saw part of it during the time Netflix wasn’t buffering. I don’t have high hopes for them hosting NFL games later this year.

Shrinking on Apple TV+ has been very enjoyable so far.

It's so good, so very good. Apple has the best slate.

We're streaming The Gentlemen, Dr Who (the Whitaker years), and Leverage Redemption. Likely to start skeleton crew soon.

Oh and some Italian show on Netflix about a female lawyer in the 19th century.

Season 2 of Severance starts on Friday on Apple TV+ so I started the subscription again and am pleasantly surprised with Shrinking. Watched the first episode of Silo as well and that looks good too but I haven’t had time to dive in fully yet.

Haven't started it yet, but a friend said "Your Honor" is pretty good, and I am a Bryan Cranston fan....

I watched the first season. By the time I got through that, I wasn't too interested in watching Season 2.

Started watching The X-Files again on YouTube TV. Fun seeing the people that were on one episode before they became really really famous. I have it record Ghosts, Sister Wives, Catfish, and a few other shows.

Loving Dexter: Original Sin and looking forward to the upcoming new series. I believe that's on Paramount. School Spirits is also good.

On Peacock, the new season of The Traitors US is really good. I've watched the US, UK, Australia versions too. The Anonymous was also awesome! I'd love to be on that show!

On Amazon, I'm really enjoying Beast Games.  I've watched a couple of episodes of The 1% Club and that's fun. Also, there's Pop Culture Jeopardy. Coach Prime is good. Surviving Jeffrey Epstein was good. It's in the Game (Madden NFL) is really good, very interesting history of the game. The Money Game LSU was really good. Interesting look at NIL in college sports, specifically the first years of it for Livvy Dunne, Jayden Daniel, Angel Reese and a few others at the school. And, The Evolution of the Black Quarterback is fantastic!

The new OJ Simpson four-part documentary on Netflix is pretty good. I watched American Primeval, and it wasn't bad, but when it was over, I sat there wondering what I had just watched... what it was trying to tell me, or even just what happened. Enigma (Aaron Rodgers) is kind of interesting, just don't like watching Aaron Rodgers). I watched the Jerry Springer: Fights, Camera, Action documentary. That was kind of fun. HA! It Ends With Us has become topical since it came out, but it is an excellent movie.

On Max, Hard Knocks is always good. I don't miss Real Tim with Bill Maher. I tried Succession. Again, I enjoyed season 1 but haven't been able to get into season 2.

One show I recommend to every one is the west wing. It's about a president and his staff and and it's really good it's avillable on Hulu, Max, Apple tv or DVD. (-:

Nobody else watching Daredevil: Born Again? Very comparable to the original Netflix series.

Yup, off to a great start.  Great actors who really understand their characters.

Jon Berenthal was born to play the Punisher.

It was insane how good the very first season of Daredevil was. Absolutely brilliant. I'm enjoying Born Again.

Watched the first few episodes of The Rig on Amazon. Seems ok. Also, if you have Prime or Peacock, you should check out "The Goes Wrong Show." Not a lot of episodes but made by the guys who created the award winning play, "The play that goes wrong." Great comedy.

Adolescence on Netflix is brilliant.  Just a stunning piece of art.

Just started it and I already have a knot in my stomach. I also love the Band of Brothers connection. Stephen Graham (the dad) and Phillip Barantini (the director) were both in the series

I haven't watched the original daredevil. I know, shame. Does it matter? Because this is on the list.

Just finished Reacher. I loved the exposition at the end to explain to right wingers what the show is actually about....

We're about to start wheel of time..... And severance.

The story of Born Again is very heavily rooted in the original show.  I think you'd be ok without watching it, but truth be told - it's well worth the watch.  First season of Jessica Jones as well.  It's simply good TV.  (For the most part, half of DD season 2 was pretty mid)

The beginning of the first episode would hit harder if you watch the prior seasons of Daredevil, but as planned by Marvel/Disney, no, they are absolutely not required viewing.

Interesting about Reacher. I've never read the books or seen the movies or TV show. I knew it was about a former military guy beating the tar out of people so I always figured the exposition you are hinting at would have been tilted emphatically the other direction. Good to know.

Severance is a lot of fun. Haven't watched Wheel of Time.

Spoiler....

She says to Reacher that he doesn't do this for vengeance, but to take on the powerful that others can't. Or some such words. It was not subtle.

If there are any Taskmaster fans, I heard a rumor the newest season is dropping on Thursday, May 1st, which typically means US viewers can watch the episode the following Friday

Is Rafi up to the task?

I'm sorry for banging on about this show, but I love Taskmaster so much! Watch this season if only to see Jason Mantzoukas "Rafi" his way through a British game show.

(There's language and whatnot, so don't watch it with your grandma. Or do. But only if she's hard of hearing and needs some cheering up)

Anybody been watching season 2 of "Last of Us"? I binged yesterday to be able to watch the latest episode - #6. No spoilers but if anybody else watched it, did it wreck you as much as it did me?!?!

The show is at it's best when it is dealing with Joel/Elly and parenting.  It was a great episode.

This season has had two absolute bangers.....and the rest has been really, really bad.  Like...I almost gave up on the series before last night.....kinds of bad.

Exactly. I think that's what made people fall in love with the first season. The Joel and Elly travel show essentially. (Although the Nick Offerman episode was fantastic)

I was binging it with a buddy and we kept saying, "It's a video game." If I were a die hard fan of the actual game I'm sure I'd be flipping tables
