Polanco almost ready to start hitting. Plans are for a rehab assignment. 

And for those who've missed it. DeLeon gets TJS. Big-time bummer for him. I always root for those who work their way back to be effective, which is where he seemed to be headed.

"Well boys, we got the Twins for three.  Just let them do their thing for the first few innings.  They'll eventually let us put some runs up on the board.  We'll bring our bullpen guys in,  and wrap the game up.  Then we can get serious and go pound some beers".

This is damning with faint praise, but the Twins have looked worse.   At least Sonny Gray had a good game against a great hitting team.  And Winder handled the 8th.

He definitely is, yet he threw more balls in the hit zone than Gray. I would say Gray pitched better.
