Jeffers is 200 points higher than Vazquez. 

I was once 200 points higher in a game of 1 on 1 basketball against my 3 year old son. 

My son couldn't throw the ball enough to reach the 10 foot rims and he needed work on his defense.

One thing it does is force an infielder to decide which base the relay goes to. If its going to be close at home, you might steal a run by having the relay go to third instead.

I don't know if there was a play at the plate or not
