stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 14, 2023 Posted June 14, 2023 Weird when they really hit the ball hard against Burnes and now struggling against Rea.

I realize it's at catcher, and offense is hard to find, but so far the Vazquez addition has been pretty iffy. Jeffers is 200 points higher than Vazquez. I was once 200 points higher in a game of 1 on 1 basketball against my 3 year old son. My son couldn't throw the ball enough to reach the 10 foot rims and he needed work on his defense.

wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2023 Author Posted June 14, 2023 Watching Correa "sprint" down the line last night, him getting a triple is about the last thing that I would have expected.
Jocko87 Verified Member Posted June 14, 2023 Posted June 14, 2023 Was very surprised to see him go to third there. Foot must be feeling good.

Dave Borton Verified Member Posted June 14, 2023 Posted June 14, 2023 Going to be hard to keep that Québécois out of the lineup.

Shorts with a built in liner so you don't wear underwear with them. I imagine the guy who wears them for his "morning hike" and then later on his "bike ride to the bar" and never wanting to take them off smells ripe at best. No thanks.

One thing it does is force an infielder to decide which base the relay goes to. If its going to be close at home, you might steal a run by having the relay go to third instead. I don't know if there was a play at the plate or not
Mortimerkenny21 Verified Member Posted June 14, 2023 Posted June 14, 2023 This is more pleasing that the first 2 innings.
Jocko87 Verified Member Posted June 14, 2023 Posted June 14, 2023 Tough inning for Anderson in right. Good at bats all of a sudden.
