The Royals have the most stolen bases in the AL, I’m guessing they have the most caught stealings also, an equally important stat that’s never mentioned. They actually have a worse record than the Twins, so what good has  it done them

That was one of the first things sabermetrics discovered. If your success rate on SB isn’t ~70% or better, you’re doing no better than breaking even on offense and likely hurting yourself.

We missed our chance to trade Kepler for a haul... now, when he's supposed to be in his prime, he's a shell of his former self. Yes, I know his overall track record isn't great, but since returning from injury he's been abysmal at the plate.

Why was he not in hall of fame?  16 gold gloves.   I believe he had about 270 wins.   He deserves to be in hall of fame.
