Rortvedt has been on the IL for probably a month, so it may depend on his health.

Rosterman Verified Member Posted August 30, 2019 Posted August 30, 2019 Always like the AFL. Means players are sone step from the majors, more often than not.
darin617 Verified Member Posted August 30, 2019 Posted August 30, 2019 Besides the top 2 guys I never heard of any of the others. Their stats don't even look that great either.
howieramone2 Verified Member Posted August 30, 2019 Posted August 30, 2019 Chalmers is one to followI agree. At some point in time starting pitching becomes a numbers game. For minimal cost we have added Chalmers and Vallimont to the mix. Savvy moves by a FO that some members were screaming to fire recently.
DocBauer Old-Timey Member Posted August 31, 2019 Posted August 31, 2019 Chalmers is one to followAgreed. Potential lightening in a bottle coming off surgery. Obviously an attempt to get him more IP coming back. Still a little surprised to seeing him there.
PseudoSABR Verified Member Posted September 5, 2019 Posted September 5, 2019 Keith Law mentioned in his chat that Kirilloff has been pulled from the AFL. Any one know why?
Seth Stohs Site Manager Posted September 5, 2019 Author Posted September 5, 2019 No update on why Kirilloff isn't playing... But he's been replaced by Luke Raley (who got hurt there last year)... They also announced that Ben Rortvedt will be going there as well (they had previously said that they would also send a catcher. Guessing that they had to sign off on Rortvedt's help.)
