Jham Verified Member Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 49 K, 15 rbi for Miguel this year15 RBI, 9 HR. I know RBI are less significant anymore, but that does seem to support the notion that k's are indeed different than other outs.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 That once insurmountable division lead doesn’t feel as comfortable anymore does it
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 That once insurmountable division lead doesn’t feel as comfortable anymore does it8 games is a big lead, but if the Twins don’t get a solid bullpen they will probably not win the division
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 Like I said a couple of days ago, they will be lucky to have a 5 game lead at the ASB.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 As of right now, KC holds a +2 run differential against the Twins so far this season. Pesky.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 As of right now, KC holds a +2 run differential against the Twins so far this season. Pesky. ....but.... 6 wins to 3 is what really matters. I don't like splitting a series with KC or the Tigers, though. We need to take those 3-1
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 Disappointing series against the second worst team in the majors
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 In case you missed it, yesterday Cleveland's pitcher, Civale, in his major league debut pitched 6 innings of scoreless ball and gave up two hits. And today, another Cleveland rookie pitcher, Plesac, went 7 innings and gave up 1 run and 5 hits. I thought the Twins were the guys who all these great pitching prospects.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 What's in the box!!!! Se7en \m/bergers? Is this a trick question?
jz7233 Provisional Member Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 From my observation Castro has plenty of strikeout looking, esp with runners in scoring position. I would like to see him become more aggressive in that situation. Btw, I am not interested in seeing him and Schoop in Twins uniform next season.

AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Game thread is every bit as exiting as the game.In order for it to be exiting, I think there needed to be more people entering. Or more of your jokes.
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Jessica was what Wayne and Garth would refer to as a “scud.”
