Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Well surely one of our guys is going to get plunked now.
S. Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 No idea if any of them were intentional, but I'd bet someone on the Twins is going to get plunked today or tomorrow.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Please provide examples of things that this organization is doing well.Haven’t had a home rain out in a while
jun Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Yeah I said it earlier. Profar seems to go for HBP every at bat. That's pathetic. Well that's a skill somehow. He seems to survive every at bat without getting injured because he is ready for it.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Reed and Pressly both pitched, and have pitched Thurs/Fri. Duke hasn’t pitched since Tuesday, Belisle pitches yesterday and the day before. He’d better go three days in a row...
jun Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 That’s HBP #3 for Profar...He is no threat like Betts or JD Martinez. Why would the Twins try to hit him?
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 What has he done in the minors to warrant a call up?hes back on the DL
S. Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 He is no threat like Betts or JD Martinez. Why would the Twins try to hit him?Honestly, I don't think they were intentional. We've just been trying to pitch him inside, but our pitchers suck. Banister seemed pretty pissed off though, so I wouldn't be surprised to see some retaliation at some point this series.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 He is no threat like Betts or JD Martinez. Why would the Twins try to hit him? he’s standing very close to home plate and twins pitchers are throwing a lot of balls... he’s only had 6 HBPs this year so I’m not sure what’s up.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Why are Dick and Jack so befuddled about the way things have unraveled in this series? The team hasn’t shown any positive consistency all year long, theyve been unable to build on the short positive stretches they’ve had, and the offense has been trash all year long. None of this should surprise anyone, especially not a guy who’s been watching every game.
mrmpls Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Minus sano and buxtons struggles, to me its all Dozier and Morrison doing nothing to help the TEAM, and being so called veterans , They look Lost!
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Looks like the team quit somewhere around the time lamarre GIDP with nobody out in the second. Just my humble opinion, though.

Nothing weird about them being 0-2 against Texas. Romero and Odorizzi have been straight up bad for the past month, we're talking Lance Lynn-April-Bad.

operation mindcrime Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Taylor Motter is now 0 for 12 as a Twin. I wonder if he'll make it to 0 for 100!

operation mindcrime Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Trevor Larnach our #1 pick is on ESPN tonight at 7:00 for whoever's interested.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Could you imagine a more unlikely comeback than if Morrison is the one to finish it
bighat Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Morrison down 0-2 right away on two swings.
bighat Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Morrison, so terrible. It's not this at bat, it's just the whole season-long package.
notoriousgod71 Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Bartolo vs Berrios tomorrow! Anyone else and I'd be rooting for Big Sexy.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 Haven’t had a home rain out in a while"Let us compromise. Our hearts are not of leather.Let us shut our eyesand talk about the weather. Yes, yes, let's talk about the weather! How beautifully blue the sky etc." (It fit so nice, he said i could keep it) Anyway, i miss the days when we didn't let the other team score much...
notoriousgod71 Verified Member Posted June 23, 2018 Posted June 23, 2018 The record isn't as bad but this seems like a replay of "Total System Failure".
