Haha.  Evil, no.

 

Terrible at managing a pitching staff.  

 

Part of the reason the Twins have had bad pitching over his tenure is not his fault.

 

Part of it is.  He is reactive, instead of proactive.  Count how many times this year he's removed a pitcher after the damage has been done.  How many RH hitters a LHer like Boshers has faced.  

 

He won't be the manager next year.
