The difference between Molitor and a major league manager:  If the situations were reversed, Molitor sends Gaviglio out for the 6th, and doesn't have the lead after top 6.

This team has done surprisingly well this season.  While he sometimes drives me crazy, I got to give Molitor a lot of credit for the team performing above expectations.  Hopefully he gets an extension.  He's turned into a fine manager.
