I decided to make a ham sandwich for myself. 

 

Now I realize this might be controversial but I'm going to say it anyway. 

 

Ham Sandwiches are 10 times better when carved thick in comparison to the thinly sliced ham you pick up at the Deli counter of the supermarket. 

 

Same stuff but it just tastes better thick. 

 

You can pile up the thin slices until it's the size of a thick slice of ham and it still doesn't taste as good a thick slice.

Pfft ... I'm not a huge fan of bacon, either. This has been well documented throughout the forums. And I haven't been watching the Olympucs at all so am cheering for no one.
