I was thinking the best use for Milone would be a 2-3 inning guy in the back of the bullpen order that could be used when our starters have a short start. But that is dumb when do our starters ever have short starts?

At least Neil Ramirez is looking good. Live arm, good size... Maybe he can catch on here, during the 2016 Year of Twins Tryouts.

Minor quibble: We're going on 5 years of Twins tryouts. I wish it was only this season.

How many times has Buxton ran anywhere in a game. Dick: 'I don't know anyone in MLB that can get to the water cooler as fast as Buxton, look at those strides'!

Can Polanco play 3rd or has he at all in the minors? If we could somehow find a team to take Plouffe off our hands, could we have Sano DH and get Polanco playing time at 3rd? Just curious.

He has played there in the past, but I don't believe he has this season.

Polanco has played almost exclusively at 2nd in the minors this season. But he has looked good playing shortstop with the Twins earlier this year. And of all the infield positions, we have the greatest need at short, imo.

Luckily Dick jinxed it by saying the throw-out would surely be overturned on appeal. So naturally it was upheld and Suzuki caught a Panty Hose basestealer for the first time this year.
